As a registered nurse, Debbie has over twenty years experience working in the NHS, the last six years at management level in theatres. After leaving the NHS, she spent two years working as a nurse advisor for a London law firm dealing with industrial injuries. Before joining ICS, Debbie spent two years in medical sales working within the NHS and PCT’s within the London area. She believes that through her experiences she has gained a deep understanding of the needs of our healthcare customers and the problems they have in dealing with staffing issues, and that she now has the opportunity to deliver solutions to these problems through ICS.
